What's new in Little Empire v1.17.3?

1. If any Rune have reached Lvl 12, players no longer need to lock it when doing polish. The Lvl will maintain the same.
2. Fixed the Rune attribute locking issue after reaching Lvl 12.
3. Resolved the arena refresh button disappear issue due to low resolution.
4. You can now Fuse or Break numerous items at once.
5. Fixed the Alliance Knapsack Display First page only bug.
6. Warm notice added when max number has reached from joining the alliance wars.
